    Each custom product will be shipped in its original packaging in a mailing box. This mailing box is provided for protection during the shipping process. Any damages to your products original packaging material is out of Lace Customs control. 

    Refunds & Returns:

    Do you accept refunds or returns? 

    As a result of each product at Lace Customs being hand customised to suit each purchase, we are unable to refund or exchange any custom product for reasons such as change of mind or wear and tear damage caused by use after purchase. 

    There is an error or fault with my custom product, what do I do?

    In the unlikely event that your custom product has arrived faulty or incorrect, please send us an email at info@lacecustoms.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will ensure to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
